Search Instructions

To make the search easier first, select explanation of each single field.

Type of business: select >>buy<< if you are buying, or >>sell<< if you are selling.

Category: select the type of property, whether it is an appartment, weekend cottage, land or something else.

Location: select location, where the property is situated. In the first field enter the municipality or town, in the other field you have possibility to narrow down the choice and precisely enter the part of the town.

Price: enter the price that you are ready to pay for the property in euro. You can also enter only one value, or leave it empty, which means the explorer will not consider the price as a criteria.

Quadrature / space size: similar to the price: here you enter the property size you are interested in. If you just enter number 100m2 the explorer will show you all results of property sized 100 m2 and less.

Date of entry: this field is used only for the properties that are added to the data base untill specific date. You can select: last 14, last 7 or last 3 days, and last 24 hours. You are also able to request explorer to show all the properties in the data base.

Sort results: in order to obtain apropriate summary, explorer will organize selected properties in choosen order. You can select between the highest or the lowes price, or date of entry. The highest price means that the explorer enlist the property that meets all serch requirements and has the highest price.

Compulsory field in the search is the type of business, but we recommend selection of at least one field in order to obtain the optimal search fastness: category or location.

If you returt to the site frequently but always use the same criteria in property search we recommend to register because your registration enables search criteria saving. Thus, you can save a lot of time spent on setting search parameters. Therefore, registered users are enabled to get properties that meet their search reqirements to the e-mail address in the moment that kind of property appears.

A search example:

• Type of bussines: Buy
• Category: appartment
• Location: Podgorica
• Price: from to 100.000 EUR
• Quadrature: from 60 to
• Date of entry: last 3 days
• Sort results: the highest price

The explorer will enlist all the appartments in Podgorica available. Price is 100.000 and less, and appartment surface (quadrature) is 60m2 or more. Advertisment is not older than 3 days, and search results will be sort from the highest to the lowest price.
